All our wines go through A completely natural production process:

Fermentation with the wild yeast that exists on the fruit, without acid corrections thanks to the blessed growing conditions and without added sulfur.

Thanks to this process, the wine retains the original taste of the fruit and you can literally feel the nature from the glass!

The wine is strictly kosher and for Passover under the supervision of the Rabbinate of Gush Etzion
